Between 1972 and 1978 I worked as a project and contracts manager for a number of construction and property development firms. Sine 1978 I have pusued an acacemic career at UNSW in the Faculty of the Built Environment. I have maintained active contacts with the construction industry as a consultant, trainer and adjudicator.

My present research interest is in the field of security of payment.
