ARC Linkage Project ($134,000): To undertake two interrelated studies examining both the pricing and performance of listed property trusts and the factors that influence land pricing and the development process.

Prior to Joining the UNSW in 1991, he had a wide international experience of architectural design, project management, property development in several countries such as Korea, UK, Libya, and Australia for more than 15 years. Since then has undertaken numerous research activities in property development process, property and construction market analysis, and property asset management.

External Responsibilities

Is Associate Editor of International Real Estate Review (IRER) and Management Committee Member of Korea Australasia Research Centre (KAREC); and was the President of the Asian Real Estate Society (AsRES) in 2004/5 and Director of International Real Estate Society (IRES) in 1999-2008.
