About the Master of Property & Development at UNSW Built Environment
Each year the nations commit more than half their capital outlays to land development, building and infrastructure. The challenge is the ability to rapidly move from essentially responding to client requirements for structures to providing business solutions and sustainable communities. This makes property development a key sector of the economy.
The Master of Property and development (MPD) Program is designed to meet the needs of those who wish to work at the cutting edge of these changes, and assemble a suite of courses that stretch their imaginations and capabilities. UNSW Built Environment offers the Property and Development program to meet these objectives in collaboration with other faculties at UNSW and the involvement of industry and professional associations.
Areas of Specialisation
In response to the rapid changes in the field of property this program offers three choices.
General Master of Property and Development with no major or one of a number of specialisations:
