Material Invention '06
The 2nd year Material Invention Project 2006 developed students' understanding and expression of specific materials through the creative application of a complete design process. Students were given the unique opportunity to explore the properties of a restricted range of materials not only in the development of a design but through the expression of form. Using only one of three materials and processes, students designed a useful, household or home-office product.
