7° FBE 2005 Graduand Exhibition

The Wharf Woolloomooloo, 6 Cowper Wharf Rd
the W Hotel, 7 - 11 December, 2005

7° exhibition, a celebration of the diversity of the built environment, bringing together the achievements of 250 final year students, from all seven faculty programs:

Bachelor of Architecture Bachelor of Science Architecture Bachelor of Interior Architecture Bachelor of Industrial Design
Bachelor of Landscape Architecture Bachelor of Planning Bachelor of Building Construction Management

“Exhibitions always have an element of theatre about them,” said Dean of the Faculty of the Built Environment, Professor Peter Murphy, “and on this occasion our students are looking forward to displaying their work in The Wharf at Woolloomooloo to a large Sydney audience. For most of those involved, the exhibition represents the culmination of four to five years full-time study, and for the second time all disciplines in the faculty will be represented in a single end of year celebration.”

The award-winning design of The Wharf provides a spectacular backdrop for students to display their own design projects and ideas in their chosen discipline.

“In taking our exhibition to the heart of Sydney we hope to raise awareness of the value of our built environment,” said Professor Murphy.
