PLAN1052 Quantitative Methods
UOC6 HPW5Lectures, discussions and assignments on quantitative research methods and their use in applied planning contexts. Contrasts with qualitative approaches. Survey research methods: study design, survey sampling techniques, questionnaire design, data collection, strengths and weaknesses of survey methodology. Introduction to statistics and to data analysis using packaged computer software.
