Program 2 - Benchmarking & Evaluation
2.1 Facility Benchmarking
National Benchmarking Project – using the structure and content of the Victorian benchmarking project, this project will translate its findings for use and testing at National level. The first stage will develop an agreed set of definitions and terminology and a methodology for data collection. Selected data sets will be collected and entered for analysis and testing of useful and relevant benchmarks for the development and ongoing operation of health facility projects across Australia and New Zealand.
2.2 Post-Occupancy Evaluation
National Post Occupancy Evaluation Project – using the recently
developed NSW
Post Occupancy Evaluation Project standardised methodology as a starting
point, this project will initially assess this for use as a National standardised
methodology that will generate consistent and useful data from the evaluation
process.
